How do you determine the complexity of a project?

We use an Index of Scope Complexity (ICA) based on factors such as process complexity, financial restructuring needs, and any required digital or marketing campaigns. Each factor adds points, and the total score classifies a project as Small, Medium, or Large. This helps us tailor our resources and timelines for your specific level of complexity.

How do you classify clients (A, B, C, D)?

Alongside the ICA, we assess client size, annual revenue, geographic reach, and process maturity. This yields a classification ranging from A (startup/micro) to D (multinational/large corporation). For example, a smaller local business with informal processes might be Class A, while a global organization with advanced structures might be Class D. This classification lets us match the scope, deliverables, and timeline to your company’s scale and needs.

What is your methodology for project execution?

We follow a four-step approach:

1. In-Depth Diagnosis – Comprehensive review of current processes, culture, systems, and finances.
 
2. Solution Design – Creating a strategic roadmap with clear goals, KPIs, and implementation plans.

Absolutely. Our approach is holistic, and many clients benefit from multiple areas of our expertise. If, for example, you need both capital restructuring and new technology integrations, we’ll design a customized plan that addresses each facet of your business cohesively.

How long do projects typically take?

Timelines vary based on ICA (complexity) and client classification. A smaller or less complex project (Small ICA, Class A) could wrap up in a few weeks, while large-scale transformations (Large ICA, Class D) might span several months or more. We provide a clear roadmap and estimated timeline in our formal proposal so you know what to expect.

What if our needs change during the project?

We build flexibility into our process. If new priorities arise or the scope shifts, we can recalculate the ICA and adjust your classification accordingly. This ensures the project remains aligned with your evolving goals. Any significant changes to scope, timeline, or deliverables are discussed openly, so we can make the necessary updates and keep everything transparent.

Do you broker M&A transactions?

Vortex Business Architecture does not directly broker M&A transactions requiring a license. Instead, we provide consulting and financial engineering with proven methodologies. If licensed brokerage services are necessary, we collaborate with our partner, Vortex Rock Fund, ensuring full legal compliance and comprehensive coverage.

We sign non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements at the outset of every project. All data is handled securely using industry-standard protocols, and access to sensitive information is limited to the team members who actively need it.
